Wheel of Lifestyle: A useful exercise for you to do to keep on top of things. I’m a sucker for a good metaphor. I was blown away when I was introduced to the ‘Wheel of Musicianship’ exercise. I’ve used this model and paraphrased into the realms of lifestyle instead. Unfortunately I was unable to add the pictures to this post but hopefully my brief summary at the end helped you to get it. Here were my 8 lifestyle topics in which I scored myself on. 1. Health (Mental/Physical) 2. Fitness 3. Sleep 4. Relationships/intimacy 5. Friendships 6. Family 7. Profession/mission 8.
