Hello to all of our lovely students!
We are writing to invite you to perform at the XYZ Music Academy annual festival on Sunday the 8th of July.
Each of the full-time tutors at XYZ will be hosting their own concert throughout the course of the day. This does not exclude any of our students that learn with the part-time tutors. We want everyone to perform!
The performance times/details are as follows:
Times:
The event will run from 10:00am – 08:00pm. The student concerts will run as follows:
- Concert 1: 10:00am – 11:15am hosted by Seb James
- Concert 2: 11:45am – 13:00pm hosted by Max Gedny
- Concert 3: 13:30pm – 14:45pm hosted by Josh Redgard-Siler
- Concert 4: 15:15pm – 16:30pm hosted by Richard Wainwright
- Concert 5: 17:00pm – 18:15pm hosted by Michael Lee
- Concert 6: 18:45pm – 20:00pm hosted by Duncan Lee

Price: £1 entry per person (participating students are free)
Waddesdon Deli and Duke’s pub will be catering for the festival goers along with face painting, bouncy castles and a raffle.
We would like to invite you to perform on this day. Please, could you write back and confirm your attendance and which piece you would like to play?
Ideally, students would perform at their tutor’s concert so you’ve got their full attention – however, if another time is more practical, then that is also fine.
Harrison is well up for this so count him in to play Ride by 21 Pilots.
Ruth is looking forward to performing in Seb’s concert.
